Raquel Leviss said that an intimate FaceTime with Tom Sandoval that led to his breakup with Ariana Madix was recorded without her permission.
According to the 28-year-old’s lawyers sent letters to several of her friends and Vanderpump Rules costars on Monday, in which it was stated that the recording ‘was done illegally without Raquel’s knowledge or consent.’
The lawyers for the reality television personality, whose behavior was recently discussed by Andy Cohen, also cited a California law outlawing the dissemination of ‘nonconsensual pornography’ in their letter.
The reported that Sandoval, 39, was not specifically accused of recording the video.However, several sources spoke to the media outlet and claimed that only he and Leviss were part of the call.
