Those individual who fullfil the below mentioned advertisement criteria basic eligibility Criteria may apply for the following positions:

Serial no.1

Position : Assistant Manager:

MIS Reporting to: wing head performance and rewards management wings

Education/Professional qualification:

a) Minimum bachelors degree by the candidate from a reputable HEC recognized university/institution.

b) Candidate having Master’s degree will be preferred.

c) Candidate having SAP HCM knowledge will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with MIS systems.O

ther skills/Expertise/ knowledge requires: proficiency in MS, office specially MS excel

Outline of main duties/ responsibilities:

a) To setup and provide management/ audit/ regulator/ business partner etc. information report from HR system included the interpretation/ analysis of the data in timely manner

b) To update HR MIS system and review it for development/ improvement

c) To maintain and ensure HR database is updated and information related to staff are collected properly on time from field staff

d) To maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data

e) To partner with stakeholders in order to coordinate ongoing HR system improvements, upgrades, implications, documentation and system testing.

Serial No.2

Position: Assistant manager-performance and rewards

Reporting to: Wing head-performance and rewards management Wing

Educational/ professional qualification: Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable HEC recognized university/ institution Candidate having Master’s Degree will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum four years ‘ relevant experience

Other skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge required: Proficiency in MS office

Outlines of main duties/ responsibilities:

a)To implement bank performance and reward strategy including job Objective setting performance management and compensation reviews

b)To perform annual performance increment and bonus computation, analysis and payout exercise.

c)To analyze direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation data from various standpoint for generating useful information for decision makers.

d)To support legal regularity compliance in realm of performance and rewards management policies.

e)To support in implementation of SBP guidelines on Renumeration practices and ongoing management on funds.

f)To assist in management of special project with consultants and ensuring timely completion of project assigned.

Assessment test/ interview:

Only shortlisted applicants Strictly meeting with above-mentioned basis eligibility criteria will be invented for test and/ panel interview (s).

Employment type: the employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the management.
