ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
At least Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Human Resource or relevant field.
Technical point of contact for HRIS development and implementation. Candidates must have Working experience of as an expert or consultant to ensure data integrity according to his experience , testing of system changes and observe dataflows for process improvement Opportunities by knowledge the departmental needs.
EXPERIENCE: 5 YEARS
General Requirements:
1. Position requires proficiency in English and Urdu languages, excellent communication skills, and may require fieldvisits as per necessity. Ideal candidates must have the ability to perform under pressure and meet the deadlines.
2. Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of technical assistance, and a lead role in restructuring the Authorityrespective unit in coordination with other team members.

Duration: 6months extendable further subject to satisfactory performance and / or Authority requirements. The Authority may end the contractual appointment with one-month prior notice or one month’s salary on account of the unsatisfactory performance of the candidate at any stage.
3. Selection Criteria: Selection is totally on marit and acadamic record base On SPPRA Rules, 2010.
4. Remuneration: The successful candidate will be offered market-based fixed monthly remuneration.
